Last week on one of those rainy days I had 2 flat tires and I called Omega right away. Thankfully they had my tires in stock and they were brand new too! They told me that it would take about 25 minutes to arrive at my location but hey, they arrived in 15 mintutes instead! They changed my tires right there on the spot.
